Project and programme management 

Oakas has a wide variety of experience in Programme and Project Management. We have staff qualified as Advanced PRINCE 2 Practitioners, OGC Managing Successful Programmes, and ISEB Project Managers, and we understand and can leverage the differences between these two disciplines. We have experience of managing projects and programmes in both the public and private sector, with particular experience around HR and IT systems.
